Ideal professional system for easy mechanical and manual polishing of scratched and yellowed plastic headlights. No dismantling necessary! Stone chipping, UV light, salt, insects and weather conditions damage the headlight surface and let them appear dull. Poor visibility is the result!
The easy application takes about 30 minutes. Not only does it increase the value of the vehicle but it also restores the brightness of the headlights, the visibility and the safety. Suitable for application on boat windows, helmet visors, motorcycle windshields.
Application:
Clean surface to be treated with water. Use masking tape to protect adjacent surfaces.
Moisten the surface and sand down evenly. Observe the order of the sanding discs 800 → 1200 → 2000 and use every grain size for several minutes.
Polish the surface until it is glossy transparent by using the polishing sponge (orange) and the polish. Clean and thoroughly dry off the headlight.
Apply the nano sealant UV protection to the finishing sponge (white) and polish in for 1 min. Leave to dry for 2 hours in the open sun.
